Nothing like beating the surfers to Koelbaai on a Saturday morning – that doesn’t happen often – surf or no surf! What made it all the more special was the glimpse of summer – oh to feel warmth and enjoy the sunshine on our faces after this long chilly winter!
Michelle, Jon & 5 year old James arrived not long after and we had the beach all to ourselves – well for the most part anyways. Caves is a very special spot to these two – and Michelle said what makes it extra special for her are the Lilly’s which grow freely on the cliffs – her favorite flower and I’m told we will see these aplenty next month when after 8 years of being together this gorgeous couple are tying the knot!
Despite dad Jon having been sick all week and cancelling the shoot that very morning, we ended up going ahead and in-between moments of debilitating nausea he managed to pull it off and have some fun regardless. Hats off to you Jon – well done and hope you both enjoy these!
